My granddaughters loved it!Lots of work putting it together but probably not much different than most ride ons. They have only used it indoors due to weather conditions, but can't wait to get it outside and cruise! Large enough to hold my 5 year old and 2 year old granddaughters. The radio stopped working after a few weeks, upsetting but not a big deal. Now the car wont go forward. (only reverse) We took the car apart and there is a short somewhere, we havent been able to fix it for her. We just wiggle the cords and it will go for a little while. Needless to say, we regret getting this brand, we have purchased power wheels in the past for our other children with absolutely no problems. My nieces 5 and 6 yrs old like it alot. It teaches them about car safety for eaxample: crossing the intersection, stop look for other vehicles and proceed, look out for pedestrians,etc. It has two speeds: 2 pmh and 5 mph for drive, and reverse is 2 mph. The car runs better on pavement than grassy areas. Like any vehicle the wheels would eventually have to be replaced, hopefully they are not as expensive as adult cars. It is a good buy. The two issues I have are: 1.the battery last a little over an hour and 2. it takes about 18 hrs to recharge. |
